Our corporate department provides a full range of corporate and commercial legal services related to the formation, registration, operation, restructuring and dissolution of corporations and partnerships. This department caters also for foreign investment companies that need to be registered through Ministry of investment (formerly SAGIA). We serve clients intending to establish corporations by drafting all the founding legal instruments including articles of association and following through with procedures of various government authorities until the issuance of the company’s commercial registration certificate and registration in all governmental bodies is finalized to initiate company operations.
